Full membership of the Union shall be opened to any former student of the Order of the Holy Paraclete Schools/Colleges in Ghana.

Associate membership of the Charity is also open to the following:
* A person whose mother or other close female relative attended any of the Order of the Holy Paraclete Schools/Collegesin Ghana

* A person who is/was married to a former student of the Order of the Holy Paraclete Schools/Colleges in Ghana.

* A former Teacher/Tutor/Lecturer at any of the Order of the Holy Paraclete Schools and Colleges.

* A person who expresses profound interest in the Union but does not satisfy the above-mentioned criteria. Such members shall be designated as honorary Members.

* Registration of members

Anyone wishing to become a member will complete a form, be interviewed, agree Union terms and condition, pay their yearly dues and be welcomed into the Union during the Union’s first annual meeting.

* Membership Dues

Membership dues of £120 will payable annually. Changes to dues will be communicated three months ahead of change.
