Bishop Girls School

Dorinda assumed office from January 2020. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Management and has over 25 years teaching experience.

Bishop Girls School is located in the central part of Accra, precisely on the High Street and opposite “The Bank of Ghana, GCB Bank and adjacent to Vodafone Ghana office.

The school has a staff strength of 25 which is made up of 22 Teachers, 1 national service person, 1 cleaner and a cook.

Like all St Monica’s schools the school’s motto for Bishop Girls Schools is, “Each for all and all for God”.

Student’s population is 756 comprising of the following:
Kindergarten – KG 1: 26 / KG 2: 14
Primary – P1: 58 / P2: 71 / P3: 66 / P4: 65 / P5: 62 / P6: 68
Junior High School – JHS 1: 126 / JHS 2: 111 / JHS 3: 90

TOTAL = 756

The school has a total of 14 Classrooms. An Internet and Computer Technology (ICT) suite and a Library
There is currently a French Lab under construction.
